[bug] Build 3059 - File Dialog crash under Windows 8

Hi,

Sublime Text 3 is awesome! I have been trying out the Build 3059 for a week now on a Window 8.1 64 bit PC and I just love it.

When I try to test it on another machine, a Windows 8.1 PRO 64 bit PC, each time the File Diablog pops up ( Open file, Open folder, Open project, … ), Sublime Text crashes.
( I tested Sublime Text 2 on the PC and this is not an issue on it ).

Windows is up-to-date on both PC and have pretty much the same system configurations and softwares installed. Only the OS version differs ( regular vs. Pro ).

So here it is, I reported it.

I had the same problem on Win 8.0 64bit with the Sublime 3059 64bit. I uninstalled and downloaded/installed the 32 bit, set it to always run-as-administrator and wa-la! No problem. I think they have a bug in the 64 bit version.
