BracketHighlighter not working in Sublime Text 3

I used Package Control to instill a handful of plugins, including BracketHighlighter. All of my installations are working, except for BracketHighlighter.

Here is my user Package Control.sublime-settings file:

So the package is installed, just not doing anything. I have restarted Sublime, my computer, etc., in addition to trying other fixes I’ve researched online.

Any recommendations on how to get this working? Thanks!

Maybe it’s disabled (ignored) somehow. Check your user preference.

ST’s user preference. Not package control’s.

If it’s disabled, it may look like this with its plugin name:

[hpjaj]

That worked! It was being ignored Thanks @jfcherng !
