Better status messages after adding/deleting packages

Currently after adding/deleting packages, the last message we see in the console is

generating meta info summary
reloading settings Packages/User/Package Control.sublime-settings
reloading settings Packages/User/Preferences.sublime-settings

It would be nice to have a message that informs us that the reloading is complete thereby indicating that the package installation/deletion completed successfully.

The loading and unloading is handled by Sublime Text and happenes asynchronously after a change in the ignored_packages setting is detected. This is nothing that Package Control can control.

If Sublime Text were to provide an API that somehow exposes this information, there would be something to be done, but I doubt this feature would be worth spending time on compared to other bugs and features.
