HI , the autosugesstion doesn’t appear automatically but only with ctrl + space .
How can i show suggestion automatically ?
Autosuggestion work only with ctrl+space

What version of Sublime Text are you using? What syntax are you using? Does it happen in safe mode?

Whether auto completions show up automatically while typing is specified via "auto_complete_selector". By default, it matches source scope and html/xml tags, only.
