Is there a technical possibility to activate automatically during installation?

I don’t think the installer supports it directly, but you can place a license file in the appropriate location in the data directory and Sublime will recognize it at startup.

If you use Preferences > Browse Packages to open the packages folder and go up one level, you’ll see Local folder; inside of that is a License.sublime_license file that contains your license. The presence or absence of that file is what makes Sublime consider itself to be licensed or not (just don’t fiddle with it while Sublime is actively running).
