AutoHotkey is ignored

I’m using the 64-bit Windows version of Sublime Text 3, Build 3114, as well as version 1.1.24.00 of AutoHotkey. None of my hotstrings work with Sublime Text, even though they do with every other Windows program I’ve tested so far. It’s almost as if Sublime Text is acting like several games I’ve read about that block AutoHotkey’s keyboard hook mechanism.

Searching for this issue brings up several scripts that can be used with Sublime Text for AutoHotkey, so I’m assuming there should be no compatibility issue here.

Any ideas?

Never mind. It turned out to be the ongoing “randomness” I’ve found with Windows 10 and how every time an update is available strange things happen unless you reboot. I recently added an AHK hotstring, and didn’t even realize I had an update queued between that time and when I noticed Sublime Text (only) ignoring all hotstrings. (I.e. “::btw::by the way”.)

After rebooting, and updates being applied, it started working.
