Is there a way for when I switch branches or after a certain amount of time transpires, to auto fetch all branches. Sometimes I forget to fetch before and don’t realize changes have happened to my remote branches and it would be nice to see the commit icons show up when I switch into that branch.

Sounds quite useful.
Maybe later when SM gets an plugin system this could be realized that way.
