Auto-completion, how to customize?

I know the auto-completion feature of SublimeText is pretty good, but AFAIK it works with presets and AI. How can I customize it, for example typing “mysig” + TAB, to get my personal signature beeing “best regards, textworker”? Couldn’t figure that out yet …
