Auto code for new file. template?

Is there a way to auto insert basic HTML structure tags when I create new files.

Thanks. Through your link I was able to install package control, and I tried a file template package.
Although it had a few to many steps for what I was looking for, it was good to learn about this feature.

Instead, I saw the snippet item while doing that and did a Google search for sublime snippets and created those instead.
So now when I create a new HTML file, I just go to snippets and insert my standard HTML tags. I found it faster than working through the template process of selecting folders and what not, unless I was doing it wrong.
Seems to be what I need for now.
