Asking for Instruction for setting rust programming enviorement up!

What do I need to do to get full rust functionality for sublime.
In which order?
In which place should I install rust?
How should I best set the environment variables? I always have been fought with them.

I am asking, because I had some difficulties in the past with setting this up. The last problem I had was that the syntax checker from the sublime rust package didn’t

Now I have fresh an installation of opensuse tumbleweed 64 bit and I want to make it right this time.

So I asking for me and those who doesn’t have overcome themselves in asking these quetions. Since you really don’t find any guide, which explains how you should set rust and sublime, to get the best coder experience.

I don’t use opensuse or rust, but installing it somewhere in the PATH and install the ST packages should be enough.

You could also add the install location to the path by opening the ~/.profile and adding the line PATH="$PATH:/path/to/rust".
