The horizontal scroll bar often makes it difficult to scroll text at exact paces. I suggest back and forward arrows placed around the horizontal scroll bar (at the terminal edges of the editor, inline with the horizontal scroll bar) to be clicked to move the text at specific paces for a more definite and precise scroll.
