Ansi escape codes

Hello sublime text. I am writing a plugin that strips ansi escape codes from log files and colorizes the remaining text, a work in progress.

I’ve hit a wall, curious if I can get some insight here. The log file is treated as read only. If sublime text closes and then restarts with the log file view still intact from the previous session, it is redisplayed but the positioning of the view from the previous session is lost.

Any thoughts on this ?
(p.s.:there is no place I can attached the current version of the plugin here ? )

Yep, that works!. For some reason I couldn’t get it to work previously, but started with a fresh install of everything, and it works now. ANSIescape. Thanks! (lol)
