Annoying auto create tmp file

every time I save my save file it creates a tmp file. like index.php >> “index.php-tmp” its create a blank file -.-
how do I stop it from creating a tmp file?..
i tried adding atomic_save false on the settings->user still no fix.

What packages do you have installed?

I got the issue too! remove PHPTools package.
