Am getting site can't be reached

Each time I try to this URL www.sublimetext.com this is what I get This site can’t be reached www.sublimetext.com refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Am on MacBook
