always show autocomplete hints in Sublime Text 3

How to always show html hints in sublime text.
for example when I write “header” the suggestion does not come out I have to write “<head …” so that it just comes out or I must press the “Ctrl” + “Space” key and it just comes out there but I want the suggestions to always appear in HTML and CSS for example when putting a class that I have in HTML I have to press “Ctrl” + “Space” so that it just comes out I would like to know how to always have that suggestion active.
