Alt key underlining missing in some menus

Alt key shortcut underlining is missing in some menus.

For example, Alt doesn’t show an underline for the Project menu, although the “P” shortcut works, and once in the Project menu, no letters are underlined for Open Recent, though “O” does the job. Many other menu items are lacking an underline as well.

You don’t see the underlines even when you press Alt key?

Pressing Alt makes many underlines show, but not all of them. Where they’re missing they still work, but you have to guess at what they are.
