Alphabetical Ordering Problem in Turkish Language

Hello;

Alphabetical Ordering Function (F9) in Turkish language has little bug. Turkish language has a few different characters like ç, ğ, ı, ö, ü, ş and their capital versions Ç, Ğ, İ, Ö, Ü, Ş.

This characters wont sort correctly when you use Alphabetical Ordering Function (F9).

someone else mentioned the same thing with Greek, but probably ST won’t be changed as it would be better solved by a package that provides sorting with locale-based collation rules:
