All Settings lost on restart

Hello,

Some strange thing is happening from last two days with my
SublimeText 2. On restarting of my computer the settings
are lost. Below are my configuration details:

SublimeText 2: Portable Version 2.0.2, Build 2221.
Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack 3.
Last Plugin Installed: FavoriteFiles (github.com/facelessuser/FavoriteFiles)

Can anyone point the direction of problem.

Are you sure you changed user settings files and not default settings files?

Yes I am sure. I am changing the user setting file after every restart. :cry:

Did you also tried to remove all other plugins?

Today new thing happened. The settings where intact. But my unsaved file is missing. I am also not able to retrive its contents through setting file.

And upon investgating more I came to know the last plugin I installed was Zen Tabs github.com/travmik/ZenTabs and not favoriteFiles.
