I am learning to code. Initial download of sublime opened with some numerical jibberish, now all my text is italicized. CSS won’t link to index.html even tho specific instructions correct. HELP!

Have you linked the css file wrongly, got the path wrong perhaps in the link tag? Unless you tell what exactly you did (post some code examples maybe), it’ll just be groping in the dark.
