After pressing command+s pulldown menu appears

I`m trying to remove pulldown menu after pressing command+s.

Would you be so kind to help me with this problem without full reinstall?

To diagnose what’s causing this to happen, you can choose View > Console from the menu and enter sublime.log_commands(True) to turn on command logging, then press the key and see what command is being logged.

The name of the command may provide some hint as to what package is responsible for what’s happening.
