Adding HTML style tag within PHP sytax breaks highlighting

I am using v 3.1.1 Build 3176

Though if i remove the style tag the color highlighting is fixed

Could i be helped with this please?
I am working on a WP project

uninstall the CSS3 package, that’s worked for others with the same problem

For a reason there is not CSS3 or CSS package on my sublime.
I am using Emmet, however

What packages do you have installed?

You can quickly confirm it is a third-party package by moving your data folder (https://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/revert.html) and starting Sublime Text. Once confirmed, move your data folder back.

I changed theme to monokai once, it’s fixed.
