I am using Linux Mint 17 XFCE with Mint-X Theme. I want to add stepper/up down arrows to all windows. I did this successfully by adding them to the Mint-X Theme and it works with gtk2/3 now in Terminal, Firefox…
Sublime 3 seems to be the only app that cannot change scrollbar look/buttons. How can I add them here? I do not want to use the mousewheel/touch to scroll all the time as it is not good.
