Add statically compiled linux version

it’d be neat if there was a statically compiled linux version
This’ll remove the hassle of requiring all the libraries and only requires 1 executable(if you have issues with the libraries…)
if I’m correct, this will also allow to run sublime text on a musl system. ( I don’t run musl myself but having the choice would be nice)
