Add quotes to selected text

Hi
Is there any way to add selected text in quotes?
I select whole word with ctrl+d and then want to add selected text into quotes

Just press ’ if you want single quotes or shift + " if you want double quotes once you have selected the word with ctrl + d. It will wrap it.
