Add keyboard shortcut to Menu(Context Menu) key

I would like to add keyboard shortcut to Menu key, key that opens context menu on Windows. I can’t find how is that key called in Sublime(in key bindings file ), e.g. I press ctrl+menu key on the keyboard and specified command is ran.

ctrl+context_menu should work
