If a view loses focus, a more desatured color is used for the selection background. A color scheme can customize this color using the inactiveSelection property.
When there is no selection the current line is highlighted and if the view loses focus, again a more desaturated color is used for the line highlight. But there is no equivalent property to change this color using a color scheme.
I propose to add the inactiveLineHighlight property which works exactly like the selection / inactiveSelection properties but for the lineHighlight.
