Add identifier scope to C/C++

Please add identifier as a valid scope in C/C++ so that they can be specifically targeted for color schemes:

Is there a reason why you specifically request “identifier” over “variable”? I ask because we are currently debating what to name these tokens like.

To put it short, we, the default package contributors, agree with you but haven’t quite figured out how to solve this in most general way that can be applied for all syntaxes while maintaining fine-grained control for scope selectors (and thus color schemes).
