Add highlighting for Diff syntax to Celeste

#1

I really like the new Celeste color scheme, but for a few things the hashed highlighting or whatever it’s called doesn’t make much sense, for me the primary issue is with viewing Diffs. I like to pipe or paste diffs into sublime. In most color schemes, there are green and reddish colors defined for either side of the diff like so:

whereas in the Celeste color scheme, it seems to be treated as a bunch of plain text where each word is a unique token and gets colored differently.

I’m not sure if this falls under the category of Feature Requests, since I think it’s something I can do myself, but I think I would need to copy the Celeste theme. Or does this need to happen in the Diff syntax file? Also, I’m not sure if there are user overrides for either one of those things.
