Add a doodle Feature

I use sublime for scripting but also for taking tons of notes.
I would love it if I could just make a circle around a group of text. Or just scratch a marker next to a bit of text so I know to look at it. Like a note book.
Type, but then doodle.
Even a script could be helped with an arrow pointing to some script saying NB!! And the fastest way to do it is to just draw that with your mouse/stylus.
Obviously doodles don’t run in your code, chill out purists.
