I am able to log in with my user or email to retrieve the license key.
However, when a I tried to log in to the support forum neither of these are recognized. That prevented me from asking a help question.
Since I’m here I will include that issue, too. I purchased a license in 2023. Since then I upgraded my laptop to a M3 Mac. I migrated an existing system over, so Sublime was present. However now I periodically get the "to buy a licence…:
Historically, I would have pasted my license in, but I don’t see the option to do so from the menu.
It’s trivial I know, but it drives me crazy!
I create another account to log this message. I’d like to have the capability to log in to helo using my account. And to tie my license to the sublime I am running. on my new laptop. I am on Sonoma 14.3,
