Account Inconsistency

Hi,

I am able to log in with my user or email to retrieve the license key.
However, when a I tried to log in to the support forum neither of these are recognized. That prevented me from asking a help question.

Since I’m here I will include that issue, too. I purchased a license in 2023. Since then I upgraded my laptop to a M3 Mac. I migrated an existing system over, so Sublime was present. However now I periodically get the "to buy a licence…:

Historically, I would have pasted my license in, but I don’t see the option to do so from the menu.

It’s trivial I know, but it drives me crazy!

I create another account to log this message. I’d like to have the capability to log in to helo using my account. And to tie my license to the sublime I am running. on my new laptop. I am on Sonoma 14.3,

You can enter your license key under the Help menu. If you already have a license key and want to enter a new one you’ll need to remove the license key first, also under the Help menu.

Personal license key holders do not have an account, we only have accounts for managing business subscriptions. This is the first I’ve seen anyone complain of it not being a single account, especially since our store and our forum are fully separate websites. We don’t plan on changing this in the foreseeable future.

Thanks, I feel so stupid. The help menu gets shifted to the right of the black camera on the smaller size screen that I got with my upgrade. That inch of blackness put it out of my focus of vision. Doh.
