Long time Sublime Text and Merge user here.
I wanted to say thanks to the Sublime team for making great software. The only downside of using Sublime software is realizing how shit other software is. It’s super fast and very stable. I just love it and in my opinion worth every cent.
I dislike how we have become used to the idea that software needs to be free. Sublime shows that paid software can be really worth it.
Another realm where there (might) be space for a new GUI is docker. I find docker a bit of a pain in the ass to use, just like git. The next developer that tells me that I “just have to read this 300 page git book” in order for me to use a software tool, gets a slap! Docker cli might not be as hard as git cli, but it’s up there. Yes there is docker desktop, but it’s pretty bad and way too basic.
Sublime Docker. I would immediately buy it
