About ( Ctrl + Alt + V ) in Sublime text 3

how to get the keystrokes (Ctrl + Alt + V) to work again. I tried to delete and reinstall sublime text.

  • I use it to view website on chrome browser, and now don’t view in firefox and chrome .
    P/S : My sublime text 3 buld 3211 x64 . Please help me . Thank you very much

What did ctrl+alt+v do? Was it perhaps functionality added by a plugin or a custom keybinding?

I used ctrl+alt+v to open view in browser Chrome. But today it is not working . Including firefox browser also doesn’t work
