About auto python completion

#1

It’s a useful feature at most of time
But in python,’:’ is use frequently and it often pop code comletion like 'init ’ which I don’t want
I must type esc at everytime I use ‘:’
How can I fix this issue by some configure-adjusting?

I would recommend LSP + LSP-pyright nowadays. (and other LSP-* plugins for other languages, generally)

Update: so someone had reported to SublimeCodeIntel. But I doubt that the plugin is still maintained. https://github.com/SublimeCodeIntel/SublimeCodeIntel/issues/712

Thank your recommendation!
I viewed the page of SublimeCodelIntel and the just realized this plugin has not been updated for 4 years
I know this plugin by a guide for new user of sublime_text,now I learn it is out of date
Thanks again,and I will try lsp later😎
