Is it possible that Sublimetext can accept variables and others objeckt’s names written in not Latin letters?

of course, if the language syntax supports it, Sublime Text will highlight it correctly

It would help to know which language your are talking about. ST is certainly capable of this but it needs to be specified per language. By language I mean programming language.
