A problem I meet when I want to run a python programme

I have met some trouble that the sublime text can’t run the python programme.
D:\python.exe: can’t find ‘main’ module in ‘D:\Dev\Sublime Text’
I have done what i can do, redownload and some other measures.
python 3.12.3 sublime text 4169
They’re all on disc D
I need you help, please.
