This is not exactly a bug (and I see no bug flag for posts, incidentally) but it is a way that users can, for no good reason, shoot themselves in the foot. Thus, it seems bad design. Here is the problem.
If, in one window of Sublime, one gets the ‘about’ box up, then the underlying window becomes unresponsive. OK. But the same happens to all other Sublime windows. In any other such window, one cannot see the About box, and so one thinks that the program has frozen up. I submit that something should be done about this.
