4143 Fold seems half dead ~ Please revive

The menu item Edit/Code Folding/Fold and the menu item Edit/Code Folding/Unfold are not working efficiently. ⌘K⌘1-5 are good but on most days the keyboard often cannot perform ⌥⌘[ and cannot perform ⌥⌘]. While menu cannot Fold nor Unfold.

This is because the cursor must be inside of but not inside of the parent line for FOLD. Or must be at the end of the folded parent line and select the fold icon to UNFOLD.

THIS IS TIME WASTE. The Fold and the Unfold actions should occur with a cursor ANYWHERE inside of the code block, including anywhere on the parent line.

The only word to describe current folding requirements is SPASTIC.

I do Sublime and sublimetext.com for 20 years. I do NOT do github. This forum is forum.sublimetext.com where exists deathaxe for 10 years. So, deathaxe will advise his github for all of us - that Sublime Text Fold and Unfold commands are spastic and need updating for all Apple devices. Thank you, deathaxe. Good bye.

Github is where sublimehq officially tracks and manages bugs, while the forum is primarily meant for general support requests as things tend to get burried here in the forum.

While your request is very valid and should be looked at I may kindly ask for a more polite way of asking for support! You may run out of answers otherwise!

That said, my general comment is meant for all users reading this post, to know where to post bug requests. I’ve stopped answering your weird requests a long time ago. My english knowledge is just not good enough to read some sense from those mixed words.
