3.1 mismatched version

Downloaded the 3.1 update (macOS). ChangeLog has the following version/build: 3.1 (Build 3170)

About still has version 3.0 but the correct build. Is it a bug in Sublime or did the update fail?

This is just an oversight. It still says 3170 instead of 3143.
