Use Windows variable in key bindings

I have this code snippet:

{
“keys”: [“alt+b”],
“command”: “open_file”,
“args”: {“file”: “C:/Users/John/.dbt/profiles.yml”}

},

I would like to change it to this:

{
“keys”: [“alt+b”],
“command”: “open_file”,
“args”: {“file”: “C:/Users/%USERNAME%/.dbt/profiles.yml”}

},

So I can use this on different machines without need to edit keymap file.
