URL to access Sublime Package repository

Is there a specific URL/domain used to from sublime to download packages from its repository? I would like to find it so as to request it to be white-listed in our corporate network because currently I cannot install packages unless I bring them in offline.

All domains listed in these JSON files, mostly GitHub and BitBucket

My work computer already has full access to the “github.com” domain however I still get the following error when invoking package control to install a new package:

If I am not mistaken it loads the default channel from https://packagecontrol.io, i.e.

https://packagecontrol.io/channel_v3.json
