Top and bottom of window pixelated

Everytime I open ST2 I get this pixelation on the top and bottom of the window. I’ve tried restarting the program, my computer, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Same result.

This comes after I got a notification when I opened the program this morning about a package control update I believe? Difficult to read with the pixels… Please advise!

I forced an upgrade/all through package control which got rid of some of the pixelation, but it’s still holding the name of a recently closed file (distorted) in the tabs.

Remove ignored_packages from your user settings. See this from yesterday: [BUG] UI rendering artifacts
