That license key doesn't appear to be valid

#1

Hello! I have been using sublime text for about 4 years now and have had it on two computers, as I work from a macbook pro and an iMac. Well I just moved from the Macbook Pro to an Air and when I enter my key it tells me this key doesn’t appear to be valid. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Send an email to sales@sublimetext.com with the license key that you’re using, and they’ll look into it.

Thanks! I got in touch with sales and found out the issue. My copy and paste was pasting this in one line. I had to reformat the key.

There’s an example posted in the link below. What it shows there is what you should be pasting into the license dialog.
