Super-F disables "Goto Anything" in menu. BUG?

found sth odd: when get console or find view open and focused, a few menu items like Save As and Goto Anything get disabled. (When press Cmd-F, Cmd-Shift-S won’t work unless press Esc)
Should it be a bug

This is really anti-intuitive and annoying in daily usage.
