Styling of Color Schemes via CSS

Hello,

some people like Atom editor because of its simple way of creating own color schemes. If there is 1 feature that I really wish for being in natively in Sublime Text is this thing. (with Sass [and Less] support).

Is this something that’s hard to do?

Hi. I am suggesting a native support of this like in Atom because things can get very buggy and it would be the best option to have a native integration.
