ST3 (3098 on OSX) crash on folding

With the latest dev build, 3098, my ST3 crashes the moment I fold a block/scope.

Currently running on:
OS X El Capitan 10.11.1

And confirmed for Mac OS X 10.11.3 (15D21).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Sublime Text Dev Build 3098 on OS X (10.11.3).
2. Type some multi-line text.
3. Select text
4. Select menu Edit -> Code Folding -> Fold
5. Boom!

Confirmed for Windows x64 bit version on Windows 7, using jsturtridge’s reproduction steps. So it doesn’t just affect Mac.

I can confirm, on a related note it would be nice to get fixed that after folding the minimap does not update, so when you click it jumps randomly.
