Screen flickering?

I’m running build 3207 on mac os 10.14.4 and I get the occasional screen flickering with just this app

If you are experiencing crashes or memory leaks on macOS 10.14.4, please try changing the gpu_window_buffer setting in Preferences to false, and then restart Sublime Text. I had this exact issue on MacOS 10.14.4 and applying the suggested change to my settings file seems to have resolved the issue. Thank you!

I tried to fix the problem as suggested, but I got the following message when trying to save the preference setting. What did I do wrong?
Error trying to parse settings: Unexpected trailing characters in Packages/User/Preferences.sublime-settings:10:1
