There is the windows notepad exe, that after saving in different encoding asking “Do you want to save and pass unconverted symbols?” with “Yes” button.
The Sublime is not.
Today i need to convert uft8 book to ANSI for my “text player” and i cant to do this. Sublime says me “I cannot, backing to UTF8, you, user, must go something with your ideas…”
