Run compiled program in windows console (cmd.exe) C++

Hello,

I just started messing around with Sublime Text 3 and I found a terrible inconvenience. Whenever I use the default C++ Single File - Run it runs in the shell within Sublime Text I’ve been looking for a way in which the compiled file will run in a CMD.EXE apart from Sublime Text 3’s window and stay there until Ctrl+C is pressed.

Any help will be useful.
