Reuse code of the Default packages

#1

I am wondering, which license holds for the code of the Default packages and under which conditions one can reuse it in his own package.

I would like to reuse parts of the phantom management in exec.py for a build system command (from LaTeXTools), because it should look and behave similar.

I would be pretty surprised if they weren’t very permissive with it. It is a great example of how to use the API, and if it encourages great plugins, it encourages more people to use/buy Sublime. Of course, an official statement would be nice.

The license from sublimehq for the shipped language packages is very permissive:

If not otherwise specified (see below), files in this repository fall under the following license:

Permission to copy, use, modify, sell and distribute this
software is granted. This software is provided "as is" without
express or implied warranty, and with no claim as to its
    suitability for any purpose.

However the Default package is not hosted there.
