ME aparece un error y no se como solucionarlo, tengo windows 7, descargue python 3.7.5 y sublime text 3
este es el error: expected value in packages/user/default (windows).sublime-keymap:2:12

Your key bindings file is broken; use Preferences > Key Bindings and fix the file on the right hand side. It needs to be valid JSON, but you have a problem on the second line somewhere around column 12.

When in doubt, use the file in the left hand side as a guide for what the file on the right is supposed to look like (make all bindings have commas between them, etc).
